Advertising says 90 minutes or less. My appointment was for 8:45am checked in a little earlier and had to ask for updates on my vehicle at 11am. At which time I was told they were backed up, it would be another 30 minutes. I received my car around 11ish & my back seat was wet due to the window being let down while it was raining.

I had great support from service consultant Matt Beatty. He was very helpful and understood the problem that I was experiencing with my vehicle. I had an issue with my serpentine belt which the after market belt still made squealing noise after it was replaced. When I brought my vehicle back in Toyota replaced it with OEM belt at no charge.

Front desk crew is very accommodating and helpful . Specially my sales agents April Bolibol and Titan who help me with till the end .I am very satisfied with the customer service they have provided me , the reason why I kept on coming back to the company.. Excellent skilled and knowledgeable and down to earth employees of the company .

In regard to the dealership itself, I would like to see the dealership allow customers to reserve cars that are in transit if they make a deposit. Other dealerships allow customers to make a deposit to hold/reserve cars that are in transit.

The high voltage system is working again and increased the electric power generation from 30 miles to 36 miles per charge Also the engine light warning is cleared as well as the “Service High Voltage System” warning. I brought my Malibu in to have my tire sensors fixed due to an error light showing. RJ the service tech made sure that I understood the cost of having this fixed. Great communication from the dealership.

Wait time in line reasonable. Dealership should consider loaner cars because wait time for shuttle is always very long. Ako's dealership should consider washing the cars after service like lot of dealerships

The salesperson was condescending, dismissive, and overly bossy, speaking in a one-sided and commanding manner that felt unprofessional. His impolite, domineering attitude created an uncomfortable experience, made worse by his insistence that he receive a “10” on his review. Wow

Customer service and interactions with all employees was great. Really like the people and atmosphere there. But service wait time was terrible. Called in the morning to schedule an appointment and was given 9:45am & 10:45am options for earliest openings and next available would be around Sept 21st. Oil light was on so i took the 10:45am. I was told it would only be about an hour and a half because it was my first service for my 2025. When we got there at 10:45, service guy said it would be 2-3 hrs because workers were going to lunch at 12 and wouldn’t get to my car til after lunch. We waited 4+ hours! Service was completed about 15 minutes after 3pm. Longest service time we’ve ever had to wait for car service and it took up half our day coming from an hour drive from home.

Really appreciated John taking rhe time and patience with my children. Purchasing a automobile is a big step and responsibility.

The intake process was efficient, the maintenance rep provided an excellent overview and sound advice on the maintenance to be performed, and the car was completed in a timely manner, well before I expected it.

Liked the aquadic garden outside your main entrance. Liked the coffee break tables and lounge area. The people and atmosphere were very uplifting.

Three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I made an appointment weeks ago is unacceptable.

Excellent A+ Service

The establishment is beautiful, easy to find and well maintained. The staff here greets you right as you walk in and they are ready to help. We were shopping for a 3 row SUV and we had our eye on a Chevrolet Traverse. We only waited for a couple of minutes and Keith greeted us and introduced himself, he asked us about what we’re looking for? We shared with him our little list and we were ready to purchase the vehicle he showed and let us test. Customer Service highest possible as the experience just continued through the finance process with Justin. I truly understand why they are voted top for Hawaii’s Best with service like this. We never felt pressured or did they make us feel unwelcome being that we are two females. The atmosphere is very wholesome doesn’t feel like you are even at a dealership which I absolutely adored. This location and team truly sets the bar high, Mahalo to Keith and Justin for all the Aloha you brought throughout our visit!!

My truck was at the service untill 5:30pm and was not serviced or worked on the entire day , we wasted a whole day. Very bad over booking of cars and very poor service

It was great. Not a long wait time when checking in as well as pick up.

Staff was good. My appt was for 945. I called to check on my status at 1045. Car wasn't seen yet. That's ok, it was busy. Asked for a timeline when it might be seen, was told 1330 hrs. Not acceptable. Why make an appt at all. Took my vehicle and left. Very frustrated with the waste of my time.

The sales rep Natasha made my experience very smooth and awesome customer service. She had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles available for me. Sometimes a big buy like this can be scary but I was ready. She just made those options smooth and simple to understand . Awesome experience!! Thank you.

Paid $240 last year for oil service (full service). Little over a year later, I’m charged $320 for the same service. Feel like I’m being ripped off. Understand inflation but not $100 worth. Ridiculous. Lmk if I got ripped off. Should have been under $300.

I had Representative Patrick Ibarra and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I respected his honesty and his passion in his line of duty and all that he brought to my experience of purchasing my brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse especially being that this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my wants of the vehicle and my need for the vehicle. He didn’t try to persuade me to choose a different vehicle when my mind was made on the vehicle I wanted. His encouragement and energy was always positive and that made me more confident in the process. He even helped me understand terms of the process and helped me set up the electronic aspects of my vehicle. Pat’s guidance and assistance was amazing and it didn’t stop there. I was then directed to Titan in the financial department and he was very down to earth and honest when it came to the pricing aspect. He explained terms to my understanding and it made me more comfortable in what the options that were available to me and what o was investing into that determined my monthly payments. The fact that he was able to provide options and explain each option to where I understood them brought confidence and excitement in what I was purchasing and even more so that I wasn’t breaking my wallet in doing so. This team is absolutely amazing and I will definitely recommend anyone who is interested in buying a new or used vehicle to see Pat and Titan. Because of their service, I will definitely never purchase another vehicle anywhere else but through them only. Matt did a great job manageing a bad situation regarding a defective factory paint job.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Silverado, and a huge part of that was thanks to Michael Padre. From start to finish, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions without pressure, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.

A few months backs my driver side ac was blowing hot and I needed the lights on my runner boards changed. The agent working with me at the time (RJ)told me they had to change the whole runner. And my ac needed some parts. Needed a few weeks to come in. Took my car back in. According to them runner was changed and ac was fixed. I had to take my car back two more times before my ac was actually fixed. This past Monday took my car back in because my runner was getting stuck and making noises. Now they tell me I have to change the whole runner again. What? According to the new agent(Kevin) the old agent (RJ) didn't change the runner only the lights. Now they quote me 2200 to change a runner that I was told was changed months ago. I am not happy about this at all. I go to pick up my vehicle because I am feeling like I have been ripped off. They proceed to have me wait 45 min to bring my car back to the front stating they had misplaced my key. How does this happen? My husband and I finally lose our cool and ask for a manager to ask how this will be resolved and all of sudden they have my keys. I am very disappointed with their services and dishonesty.

I was scheduled for a 7:45 appointment for several different services. One of which was the sole purpose I was there. My car didn’t get assigned a technician till after lunch around 1:30pm, around 2pm is when I found out that 2 of 3 parts needed to fix my car were broken out of the box. If my car was taken in on time I would have been notified of this issue earlier in the day and wouldn’t have spent all day there, I wasted a whole day, and didn’t even get my car fixed for why it was there in the first place. Keep in mind, this is a brand new vehicle my car shouldn’t be having issues but it is.

Extremely exceptional performance

My advisor Jeff was excellent in getting my vehicle repaired. He worked hard in getting my warranty company to get the car covered. My only problem was it took several times to get the repair done. Car was brought in several times and parts was not available. Had to order the parts.

I had a 9:15 appointment for safety check and basic service- tire rotation. I arrived on time - was told it would be 2-2 and half hour wait. After 2 hours waiting, I was told it would be another few hours and was offered a shuttle ride home. I had a shuttle ride back to dealership about 3 pm and finished about 3:30. A whole day just to get a safety check and basic service! I understand they are short staffed but this is unacceptable. When I go to Nissan for another car, this takes an hour to 90 minutes.

Great service. Job was done when Reid said it would be done.

They couldn’t address my OBD2 issue.

I recently purchased a 2026 Colorado Z71. My sales specialist was Mike Gomez, he's knowledgeable and explains things well. Mike was nice to work with and has an easy-going demeanor. He made the entire process a pleasant experience! Servco Chevrolet doesn't bargain, which is part of the fun in the purchase process, in my opinion. On the other hand, they do not mark up their price over MSRP which is a huge positive. I went to a couple other brands, and they were priced substantially over MSRP on the truck models I was interested in. The bottom line is I'd rather pay a fair price rather than have the fun of bargaining. I am enjoying my new Colorado. Thank much Mike!!

Excellent service and vehicle return.

Well organized and service ( oil change, tire rotation, etc) was fast. Left in less than 2 hours. Waiting area was clean with ample seating. Overall a pleasant experience.

It was nerve racking can’t lie but during the process I started to ease up a little bit more and more as the process continued it was my first time so I really was stepping in to unknown territory but my in laws has friends there and both helped out extremely good.

Took several messages to get advisor to call me back. Told to bring car back and they would fix it without waiting- however service advisor started to make me wait so I told him I can’t wait- he had promised immediate assistance . Tasha is amazing! Got me a great financing deal and made sure I was taken cared of. From start to finish, Tasha walked me through and kept in contact with me about my vehicle.

All of the staff there is always been welcoming and always has treated me like family. When i choose to upgrade to my vehicle I didn’t hesitate to come to Servco Leeward.
